Question by MindsBusiness: I’d like to send real estate referrals to an Indian Co. I live in CA & have no license. Legal advice please. I’d like to be in the “referrals” business of real estate transactions in another country, namely India. My portfolio would inlude land parcels, apartments, single family homes, ranch homes, villas etc. May I incorporate primarily a “Marketing/Referrals Company” and earn my commisions without having to obtain a California Sales Person license?
